		<description>Thanks for reprinting my letter, Rhona, and for the useful links.  Monday didn&#039;t print the letter but instead interviewed me and printed an article.  From my perspective it was a distortion: they omitted the humour,  portrayed me as a victim and a martyr and didn&#039;t notice my carefully avoidance of blaming Thriftys.  They did, however, promise to print my feedback today.</description>
